4 sets of wide grip pulldowns
4 sets of machine preacher curls
4 sets of seated plateachine rows
4 sets of standing ez bar curls
3 sets of t-rows followed by 3 sets of bent over barbell rows
4 sets of high rep standing cable curls
Finished up with 2 sets of seated rope grip rows
Tonight I did some leg work
6 sets of hack squats
4 sets of standing calve raises
4 sets on leg press super setted with calve presses
4 sets of of leg extensions
4 sets of leg curls
Finished up on 2 abductor machines 2 sets each.

Been crazy the last few days and unfortunately missed the gym tonight again as they close at 9.pm! which is b.s.
Getting ready to do 200 normal push ups as well as 100 diamonds.
Will throw in 5 sets of db presses and 8 sets of db front and side raises. Limited to 10-80lbs dumbbells at home until I can get a bigger place and pick up a real home gym. Gonna try and make it to the gym tomorrow for bis and back if I get off in time, but they close at 7 on saturdays so we'll see what happens. Regardless Ill be starting fresh Monday.
