I realized that our body and mind are closely connected. That's why there is always a place in my morning for yoga 🧘♀️ - it helps to stretch muscles, awaken the body and set myself in a positive mood. Another one of my secrets is inner concentration. Sometimes it's enough just to close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and focus on your sensations. This not only relaxes me, but also helps me make informed decisions throughout the day.
I don't forget about nutrition - more vegetables, fruits, water and less sugar. 🍓🥑 When the body gets everything it needs, both work and rest become much easier.
And it's also important not to forget to take care of your skin: a good cream, sun protection, massages - it's not just care, it's part of loving yourself.
