I’m still sick and all of my doctors tell me I shouldn’t stress myself too much. So if you’re waiting for your spins pls be patient - I take a lot of time for myself since my body gave me a clear warning signal. So pls do not be rude, annoying or whatever since this can cause my physical and mental state to get worse again. Also don’t give me random advice, I only listen to professionals and my doctors
